Team Productivity
Compare revenue, profit, and order performance across team members for any selected period.
Overview
The Team Productivity report shows how each member of your project team has performed during a selected period — orders handled, revenue generated, profit earned, and how those figures compare to the previous period.
Filtering
Use the filter bar at the top to set the date range. The report updates automatically. Below the filter, the comparison period is shown (the previous equivalent period used to calculate growth indicators).
Bar chart
A grouped bar chart visualises each team member's revenue and profit side by side, making it easy to compare performance across the team at a glance.
Breakdown table
Below the chart, a table shows detailed figures for each team member:

| Manager | Member name and email |
| Orders | Total orders assigned, with closed orders count below |
| ↑↓ | Order count growth compared to the previous period (green = up, red = down) |
| Revenue | Total sales amount for the period |
| ↑↓ | Revenue growth compared to the previous period |
| Profit | Total profit (revenue minus purchase costs), shown in green or red |
| Margin | Average margin percentage across their orders |
| Paid | Total amount actually received (paid) on their orders |
Growth indicators show the percentage change relative to the comparison period, with a trending-up, trending-down, or flat icon.
