How does the 14-day trial period work?
The 14-day trial period is available for all Configo pricing plans. No automatic charges. The trial subscription is only available to users who have not previously activated a trial period.
What payment methods are accepted?

Do you offer discounts for large organizations?
Yes. We offer discounts for clients looking to purchase subscriptions for a large number of users. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Can I change my pricing plan after purchase?
Yes.
- Upgrading: Changes take effect immediately. The remaining balance is credited on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the cost of the new plan.
- Downgrading: Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I change the number of users during the billing period?
Yes.
- Adding users: Changes take effect immediately. Costs are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- Removing users: Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Users will retain access until that time.
How do I cancel my Configo subscription?
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your access will simply expire at the end of the current billing period without any further automatic charges.
