How does the 14-day trial period work?

The 14-day trial period is available for all Configo pricing plans. No automatic charges. The trial subscription is only available to users who have not previously activated a trial period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We do not currently accept credit or debit cards.

Do you offer discounts for large organizations?

Yes. We offer discounts for clients looking to purchase subscriptions for a large number of users. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change my pricing plan after purchase?

Yes.

  • Upgrading: Changes take effect immediately. The remaining balance is credited on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the cost of the new plan.
  • Downgrading: Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I change the number of users during the billing period?

Yes.

  • Adding users: Changes take effect immediately. Costs are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  • Removing users: Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Users will retain access until that time.

How do I cancel my Configo subscription?

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your access will simply expire at the end of the current billing period without any further automatic charges.
