Partner cabinet

Invite clients, assign them plans, set your own prices and keep track of your balance with Configo.

Overview

The Partner section appears in the sidebar once your partner application has been approved. It has three parts: your settlements with Configo, your referral link, and the list of your clients.

How the programme works in short: you invite clients with your link, assign them plans yourself and bill them yourself. Configo charges every plan to your balance at the list price minus your partner share. The full rules are in the partner programme terms.

Settlements with Configo

The three tiles at the top show:

  • Balance — what you currently owe Configo (shown as a debt when negative) or your prepaid credit.
  • Credit limit — how far into the negative your balance may go. When a plan would exceed it, the plan is not assigned until the debt is settled or the limit is raised.
  • Your share — the percentage taken off the list price when a plan is charged to you.

The Balance history table at the bottom lists every charge and refund with the client and the plan it refers to.

Share the link from the second card. Everyone who registers through it becomes your client and appears in the list below. You get a notification for every new client.

Clients

Each row shows the client, their company, their current plan with its status and end date, and the registration date. Three actions are available:

  • Assign / change plan — pick a public plan, the number of members and the billing period. The sheet shows the list price, your cost after your share, and the balance after the charge. If the client already has a plan, the unused part of what you paid for it is returned to your balance and the new plan is charged in full from today.
  • Edit — change the client's name, phone, company and address. Email, password and the client's data stay out of reach.
  • Detach — the client leaves your list and manages billing on their own from then on; their current plan stays active until it ends.

Own plans

In the plan sheet you can create an own plan for that client: choose a public plan as the base, give it a name and set the monthly price. Limits and features are copied from the base; your cost is calculated from the price you set. The optional client price is only for the margin shown in the sheet — Configo does not use it.

An own plan can be deleted until it has been assigned for the first time.

Notifications

You are notified in the app when a new client registers through your link, when your debt reaches 80% of the credit limit, and when a plan could not be assigned because the limit would be exceeded. The last two are also sent by email.
