Project Settings

Rename your project or permanently delete it.

Overview

This page lets you update your project's name and, if you're the owner, delete the project entirely.

Renaming a project

1. Update the project name field.
2. Click Save.

Revenue calculation

The Revenue calculation setting controls how the Revenue report on the orders page counts orders that aren't done yet:

• Pipeline — revenue and gross profit include every order except canceled ones, open deals included. The default.
• Actual — only completed orders count; the sum of everything still open is shown separately, as potential.

Deleting a project

Warning: deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. This option is only available to the project owner.

To delete a project:

1. Read the warning shown on the page.
2. Type the project's exact name into the confirmation field.
3. Click Delete. The button only becomes active once the name matches.
