Billing & Subscription
View your current subscription, switch plans, and review your billing history.
Overview
The Billing page shows your current subscription status, lets you choose or change your plan, and provides a history of all past subscriptions and payments.
Current subscription
If you have an active subscription, the page shows:
- The plan name and whether it's a trial.
- The access date — until when your current access is valid.
- For team plans, the number of members included.
If you don't have a subscription yet and haven't used your free trial, you'll be offered a free trial instead — click the button to activate it. If you've already used your trial, this option won't be available again.
Choosing a plan
- Select a plan from the available options.
- If the plan supports multiple team members, use the slider to set the number of members.
- Choose a billing period (e.g. monthly or annual). Annual billing includes a discount compared to paying monthly.
As you adjust these options, the price preview on the right updates automatically, showing the total price and what's included in the selected plan.
Subscribing, renewing, or changing your plan
Depending on your current subscription, the action button will offer one of the following:
- Subscribe — if you don't have an active subscription yet.
- Renew — if you're on the same plan and it's eligible for renewal.
- Upgrade — if you select a higher-tier plan or more members than your current subscription. Upgrading may apply a discount based on the unused portion of your current subscription.
- Current plan — shown when the selected option matches your active subscription exactly and it isn't yet eligible for renewal.
Switching to a lower-tier plan or reducing member count isn't available immediately. Instead, you'll see the date your current plan ends — your new selection will need to be applied after that date.
Subscription history
Below your plan selection, a table lists all of your past and current subscriptions, including:
- ID — the subscription number (linked subscriptions, such as upgrades, reference the original).
- Name — the plan name, with a Trial badge if applicable.
- Status — the current state of that subscription (e.g. active, completed, failed, cancelled, refunded, expired, or upgraded).
- Date — the start and end dates of that subscription period.
- Members — number of members included (shown as unlimited where applicable).
- Total — the amount paid. Trial periods show no charge, and amounts from subscriptions that were upgraded are shown crossed out.
