Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense) to use the Services for your internal business or personal needs worldwide (except in jurisdictions where the law does not permit doing business with Configo).
- Charges and Payment
- Pricing
- Some Services are offered on subscription plans, the terms of which are specified at configo.org/pricing.
- The user independently tops up this balance, and funds are automatically deducted for the subscription according to the selected period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Please note that all paid funds are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, service downtime, or user decision to stop using the Services. However, in cases where significant service disruptions or technical failures occur due to our fault, we may offer compensation in the form of additional service usage time at our discretion.
- Subscriptions
- By subscribing, you consent to automatic deductions from your internal balance at the specified time.
- You confirm that you have the legal right to use the provided payment methods to top up your internal balance.
- In case of insufficient funds in the balance, access to the relevant Services may be restricted until the balance is topped up.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The balance of unused credits will be returned to your internal balance.
- Cancellation of the subscription does not automatically delete your account. For information on account termination, see Section 10.
- Taxes
All fees exclude taxes. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, including sales taxes, value-added taxes, and other charges, except for income, employee, or property taxes. If necessary, we reserve the right to charge tax to you subsequently. - Promo Codes
Configo periodically distributes promo codes – a special key phrase that is valid for a specified period, allowing you to top up your internal balance of credits by a predetermined amount in U.S. dollars. The terms and conditions of promo codes are specified and available at configo.org/docs/promo-terms.
