These Widget Terms ("Widget Terms") govern the use of Configo’s widget, which allows website owners ("User") to integrate Configo’s services into their website.

1. Description of the Widget
   The Configo widget is a code snippet that Users can copy and embed into their website. The widget enables a button (or uses an existing one) to open an iFrame containing Configo’s interface. Through this interface, website visitors can:
   1. Select a calculator and configure a product.
   2. Add configured products to the cart.
   3. Fill in order details (name, phone, email, address).
   4. Submit the order, which is then sent to Configo.
2. User Responsibilities
   By embedding the widget on their website, Users agree that:
   1. They are responsible for ensuring the widget is properly installed and functions as intended.
   2. They must not modify or alter the widget code in a way that disrupts its intended operation.
   3. They are solely responsible for the content, security, and legal compliance of their website.
   4. They will comply with all applicable laws and privacy regulations when collecting customer data through the widget.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
   When visitors interact with the widget, their input data (such as name, phone number, email, and address) is transmitted to Configo. Configo does not use this data for any purpose other than storing and making it available to the User. Users are responsible for handling customer data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
   Configo provides the widget "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding its uninterrupted functionality. Configo is not responsible for:
   1. The content or security of the website where the widget is installed.
   2. Any damages or issues resulting from improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
   3. The accuracy or completeness of customer-submitted data.
5. Changes to the Widget
   Configo reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the widget at any time without prior notice.
