Developer Terms

These Developer Terms ("Developer Terms") govern your access to and use of Configo's application programming interfaces ("APIs"). By using Configo's APIs, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. API Access and Authorization
Configo provides API access using OAuth authentication. Developers must obtain valid API credentials before using the API.
  2. Acceptable Use
When using Configo’s APIs, you must not:
    1. Exceed usage limits or make excessive API requests that may disrupt service availability.
    2. Attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms or access unauthorized data.
    3. Use the API to create or distribute malicious software, spam, or any form of unauthorized automated access.
    4. Misrepresent your integration or imply any official partnership with Configo without permission.
  3. Data Privacy and Security
By accessing the API, you agree to protect any data retrieved and comply with all applicable privacy laws. You must not share API keys or user data with third parties without consent.
  4. Rate Limits and Modifications
Configo may impose rate limits to ensure fair use of the API. These limits may change over time. Configo also reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue API access with prior notice.
  5. Liability and Disclaimer
Configo provides API access "as is" without guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from API usage, outages, or modifications.
  6. Termination
Configo reserves the right to revoke API access if a developer violates these terms or engages in harmful activities that affect the security or integrity of the system.
