Project Statuses

Each project manages its own set of order statuses that help track the progress of orders from creation to completion.

Status Parameters

Each status has the following properties:

• Order (Sort Order)
  A numeric value used to sort statuses in lists.

• Status Name
  The name displayed to users and in the system.

• Default
  The status assigned to new orders created directly in the project panel.

• Default for Widget
  The status assigned to new orders created through the website widget.

• Visible on Production Monitor
  If enabled, orders in this status appear on the production monitor dashboard.

Default Statuses Created for New Projects

When a new project is created, it automatically includes the following order statuses with these default settings:

(✓ = yes, × = no)

Managing Statuses

You can freely add, edit, reorder, or remove statuses to fit your project workflow.

Customizing statuses allows you to tailor order tracking to your specific production and business processes.
