Project Members

You can invite other Configo users to collaborate within your project.

User Limits and Plans

The number of members allowed per project depends on your subscription plan. To learn more about available plans and member limits, see Pricing.

Inviting Members

To invite a user to your project:

  • There must be an available slot for a new member in the project.
  • The user must already be registered in Configo.
  • You need to know the user’s email address.

On the Project Members page, enter the email of the user you want to invite and click Invite. The user will be added to your project immediately.

Managing Members

Within the Project Members section, you can:

  • Assign roles to each member, defining their permissions and access levels.

  • Remove members from the project when they are no longer needed.
