Project Roles
Project roles define the permissions and access levels for users within a project.
Role Settings
Each role has the following settings:
Order
Numeric value to determine the order roles appear in lists.Role Name
The display name of the role.Can manage project (Yes/No)
Permission to change project settings.Can manage members (Yes/No)
Permission to invite, edit, or remove project members.Can edit configurators (Yes/No)
Permission to create and edit configurators.Can edit orders (Yes/No)
Permission to manage and edit orders.Can edit clients (Yes/No)
Permission to manage client information.
Default Roles
When a new project is created, two default roles are added:
Role Name | Permissions |
---|---|
Owner | All permissions granted |
Manager | Edit permissions only (configurators, orders, clients) |
Managing Roles
You can create, edit, reorder, and delete roles as needed to fit your project’s team structure and security requirements.
