A project in Configo is a workspace that unites all your data and configurations related to a specific business case or product line.

Creating Projects

  • Your first project is automatically created upon initial registration.
  • Depending on your subscription plan, you can create multiple projects to separate workflows and data.

How to create a new project

Creating a new project is simple — you only need to provide a project name. This name can be changed later if needed.

Project Settings

Currently, the only configurable setting for a project is its name.

What a Project Contains

Each project acts as a container that groups together:

  • Configurators - your product configurators where you define materials, parameters and calculations
  • Orders - all orders associated with your project configurators
  • Customers - customer information associated with your orders
  • Document Templates - invoice, quote and delivery note templates
  • Site widget - a widget that can be inserted into your website
  • Production Monitor - a panel that tracks production status
